ZSY series new energy saving direct drying tunnel kiln

Features of kiln: it was developed by our company and it is the forth and fifth generation of “Lingong” brand new energy saving direct drying tunnel kiln. This kiln is suitable for once-setting firing process, with advanced technique,compact structure and core technology of reducing heat loss. It has the vital function to lead the development of industry technology actively and it is a strong competitive heat equipment and new products we highly recommended.

 

1、该窑炉属于经济型隧道窑,其结构紧凑、用风合理、排潮科学、储热性好、热损非常小、生产效率高等,是一种投资少见效快的热工设备。

2、其一:采用60°微拱窑顶耐火砖砌注结构,有效抵制了二氧化硫和高温的腐蚀,使用寿命一般可达到20年,适合中国的制砖国情。每隔约两米一道挡火板,防止火候乱窜,易于控温和掌握准确的零界点。其二:采用目前国内先进陶瓷纤维吊平顶技术,减轻了窑顶重量,突破了大断面隧道窑吊平顶瓶颈。

3、该窑炉采取负压排潮,利用约十多个送热风口和约十多对排潮口,形成交织定向有序排潮,有效控制回潮造成的倒垛现象。在烘干中降低回潮率,就是提高烘干效率,达到节能、高产之目的。烘干段分为低温烘干和高温烘干两个区域,高温烘干又是升温阶段,最高温度高达350°,离420°的自然燃烧点只是一个零界区之隔,没有重复升温和热损消耗之说,已经把热损有效地控制在最低点上。

4、该窑炉因为储热效果好,有效地给窑室内进行保温,热损小、焙烧区长所以该窑体焙烧速度快,走火速度每小时高达56m,几处技术保密点使窑炉性能更加稳定可靠。在北方可以直接露天作业,无需搭建窑体厂房,大大缩小了投资成本。

1 It is an economical tunnel kiln, with compact structure,reasonable winding,scientific drying,good thermal storage and high production efficiency.It is a thermal equipment with less investment and getting effective fast.

2Fist: it adopts micro arch kiln crown with 60° and firebricks to build  the whole structure,effectively resisting the corrosion from SO2 and high temperature, with as long as 20 years life-pan. It has one fire door every two meters to stabilize the temperature of heating inside and easy to control the accurate point of temperature, Second,it adopts internal advanced ceramic fiber hanging flat top technology, reducing the weight of kiln top, breaking through the bottleneck of hanging flat top for large section tunnel kiln.

3It adopts negative pressure to discharging moisture, uses about more than ten hot air outlets and ten sets of moisture exhaust ports,forming a mixed and ordered moisture-discharging, effectively controlling the collapse of setting caused by moisture regain. Reducing the rate of moisture regain also means improving the drying efficiency, it can achieve the purpose of energy saving and high production.Drying section includes low temperature drying and high temperature drying two areas, high temperature drying area is also a temperature rising place, the highest temperature is 350°, this is just a critical region from the self-ignition point of 420°, no repeat heating and heat lost consumption , it already controls the heat lost on the lowest point.

4This kiln can effectively preserve the heat inside for its good heat storage effect. With low heat lost and long firing area, the speed of firing is quick and can reach 5-6 meters per hour. With some technical secret points, these makes kiln more stable. In north area, it’s no need to build the plant for the kiln to reduce the investment cost.
